Invited Jury for the competition of Tourism Policy Review on 24th Feb, 2021 in TSC-21 by DTORR, India.
Dr. Mohammad Shoaib Khan judged the competition for reviewing the tourism policy adopted by different states of India which was presented by the teams registered from various Universities and Institutes across the India.
The team Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) displayed the best of it and bagged the first prize. New insights were displayed along with SWOT analysis of the current tourism policies of the different states of the country.

Chaired the Panel Discussion on the Entrepreneurship/start-up journey “Success Stories – From The Horses’ Mouth” on 26th February, 2021 organized by 2nd Edition of the Tourism Student Conclave India, DTORR, India.
Dr. Khan chaired the panel discussion which aimed to share the success stories of the work of our fresh entrepreneurs and also encourage current students to be a little proactive while they are pursuing the program. It is not always finishing the program and searching job but it can be always do something or other while studying.
Innovation and entrepreneurship is the need of the moment especially in Tourism and Hospitality industry around the Globe. These were some insight which Dr. Khan shared with the panelist and audience.

Invited Speaker in the Valedictory and Award Ceremony of 2nd Tourism Student Conclave organized by DTORR, India in collaboration with UNWTO Tourism Online Academy on 28th Feb, 2021.
Dr. Mohammad Shoaib Khan shared the stage as invited guest in the valedictory function of 2nd Student Tourism Conclave India with various extremely renowned Tourism and Hospitality professionals and academicians. He shared his thoughts about the current tourism scenario and what needs to be done.
He also discussed and gave insights about the various job prospects in Tourism and Hospitality and presented measure to achieve them. Prof. S. C. Bagri and Prof. I.C. Gupta also graced the valedictory ceremony with their wisdom along with other dignitaries. The whole event was directed and coordinated by Mr. Vikas Tembhare, founder of DTORR.

Dr. Mohammad Shoaib Khan was called for sessions to put his insights and thoughts to revolutionized tourism and travel business and to setup new curriculums in the education system and syllabuses that is currently being followed in India and abroad

Invited Faculty and Mentor in Tourism Startup Think Tank 2021 (Hybrid Program) initiated by DTORR, India.
Dr. Mohammad Shoaib Khan is a guiding and visiting faculty to DTORR, he is currently working with a project with young budding entrepreneurs and students in developing sustainable tourism through ecotourism and innovations in tourism and travel technology. He guides students with their career development and is a career coach and motivational speaker too.

Dr. Mohammad Shoaib Khan is a Doctorate in Tourism Marketing, has qualified UGC-NET, UGC-MANF-JRF in Tourism Administration and Management with a keen interest in Tourism Marketing and Management and Research Methodology.
He is International Career Coach certified by Career Development Alliance (USA), National Career Development Association (USA) and Mindler (India) and also Evaluator in Toycathon by inter-ministerial initiative organized by Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell with support from AICTE, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Textiles and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Dr. Khan has participated in More than 60 National and International Seminars, Conferences, Workshops and FDP and Webinars.
He has been guiding and mentoring a wide range of subjects to Ph.D., Postgraduate and under graduate students. His expertise also includes sustainable destination development and responsible tourism.
In addition, he has a good hand in SPSS, AMOS and Smart-PLS (Social Sciences Research based Statistical Software for data analysis.)
