HOW TO APPLY


With over 50+ degree programs, in UG, PG & Doctoral level. The university follows a holistic admission process and starts accepting admission applications in October each year and ends in August each year. To apply, follow these simple steps:

Step 01: CLICK HERE to fill enquiry Form.
Step 02: Check email to VALIDATE the registered email ID.
Step 03: Now a new TAB will open and start filling out the application form.
Step 04: Application dashboard USER ID & PASSWORD will be SMS/Email on your registered details.
Step 05: Fill in all the required details, pay the application fee ₹ 1100/-online, upload required documents and click on SUBMIT.
Step 06: Download the duly filled Application Form and save it for future reference.
Step 07: Appear in JLUET and/or PI. If shortlisted, you will receive a Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) with in 07 working days.
Step 08: Sign refund undertaking form at admissions office, & deposit the seat booking amount within 07 working days of receiving PAL to secure the seat.
Step 09: Check the scholarships eligibility on website, collect the Scholarship Application Form from the Admissions Office, fill it and submit.
Step 10: Deposit the full 1st-semester fee & complete the registration process at the Student Section office.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION:

  • 10th and 12th marksheets (for UG admission)
  • Graduation mark-sheet (for PG admission)
  • Post - Graduation mark-sheet (for Doctoral admission)
  • Recent passport size photograph (colour).
  • Copy of Aadhar Card (Indian Citizens)
  • Copy of Valid Passport (International Citizens)
  • Digital Signatures.


NOTE:

  • Upon receiving the completed application form along with necessary documents, the University Admissions office may take upto 7 working days to process the application. Once the application is processed and accepted, an e-mail will be sent to applicants detailing the time and venue for the admission interview/ JLUET, based on the eligibility criteria of the desired program.
  • Interview Results and Provisional Admission Letter will be issued and applicants can download it from the admission application dashboard. The offer letter shall contain the program details, fee structure and can be used in applying for a Bank Education Loan.

  • We are now accepting admissions through the Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam. Register here www.undergraduateexam.in.

Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal welcomes students who wish to take transfer from their existing college to JLU. The lateral entry for admission in degree programmes for UG and PG is allowed only in 3rd semester.

STEPS TO APPLY::

Step 01: Email the following documents on admission@jlu.edu.in with Subject Line: “Later Admission Enquiry | Programme Name”

  • Certified copies of all mark sheets from class X onwards till last completed semester / year.
  • Authentic copy of semester / year wise detailed course structure, scheme of teaching and evaluation of the course of study pursued by the Parent University / Institution.
  • No Objection certificate from parent University / Institution.
