The course is designed to provide an understanding of the technical requirements as well as developing an appreciation for working with accounting pronouncements and research of accounting issues. As a student of Commerce it’s imperative to understand whether the financial statements have been prepared as per the statutory guidelines and provide all the information as required by the Companies Act, SEBI Act etc. The object of the course is to make the students familiar with the advance techniques of Corporate Accounting. The course aims to familarize students about different statutory guidelines governing preparation of financial statements of corporate and techniques for analyzing financial statements. The careers suggested are CA, CMA, CPA,CS, Entrepreneurship, etc.
