Course Objective

Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a minimum 2 year full time programme in management. The programme offers options to specialize or earn a major or a minor in a pre-specified functional area. It brings an internationally benchmarked learning context. It primarily aims to help students up to 5 years of experience including fresh graduates, and/or students and with family business background emerge as business managers and leaders.

MBA qualification continue to be in demand by the corporate for entry level managerial roles across functions and sectors. NGOs and Government have also begun to employ MBA on preference in certain roles. MBA at JLU equips students to hone their primary and secondary foci via specialization, major and minor across various functional areas. It opens up and strengthens job prospect. We have routinely seen Indian top-end and mid-end firms finding our graduates employable in entry level management roles from HR, Marketing, Sales to Finance and Analytics. Several of graduates, at least in the past, have gone on to strengthening their family businesses. Our average pay package has been around 4.5 lacs and highest CTC so far reached up to 12 L per annum.
