Constitution Day Celebration

We invite you to join us in celebrating the Constitution Day on November 26, 2021.

We are celebrating and participating as a nation in Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence on 15th August, 2023. On November 26, 2021, we will be celebrating the 72nd Constitution Day.

On this Constitution Day, the Faculty of Law at JLU is launching a Centre for Constitutional Development and Good Governance (CCDGG) at 05:15pm. We aspire to develop CCDGG as one of the leading centres on constitutional developmental studies vis-à-vis good governance in Central India.

Dr. Abhishek Singhvi will deliver the Inaugural Address as the Chief Guest and Launch the Centre for Constitutional Development and Good Governance (CCDGG). Dr. Singhvi is an eminent jurist; third term sitting MP; former Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Comm on Law & Justice; writer, author, commentator & well known media personality.

 

In over seven decades the Constitution of India has witnessed around 105 amendments but it still stands robust and continues to be a beacon of constitutional scheme of governance for one of the largest democracies of the world.

Celebrating the Constitution Day on November 26, 2021, we welcome everyone to witness an exciting Panel Discussion and take away vital points for further research from senior law professors and seasoned law professionals on November 26, 2021 from 05:50pm to 06:50pm.Constitution Day JLU
