  • Eligibility Criteria:-  
  • BPES: – 12th with minimum 50%.
    1. BBA:– 12th with minimum 50%.
    2. MPES: – Graduation with BPES/B.P.ed/B.Sc. in physical Edu. With minimum 50%.
  • PhD: Post Graduation MPES/M.P.ed with minimum 55%.

  • Learning Outcomes: – 

                BPES: – After successful completion of the program, an individual will be able to:

  1. Interpret practical and sports skills required for physical education development.
  2. To equip students with knowledge on core and ancillary methods of professional work and its practice base.
  3. To inculcate in the student’s values of enquiry and research; and thereby develop problem solving and decision making abilities.
  4. To prepare professionals to practice in diverse field settings and also address contemporary issues and concerns such as of games and sports.
  5. To develop young professionals with good communication skills and quest for a self- motivated life-long learning, focusing on skilling and re-skilling in their respective field of physical education.

 

MPES: – After successful completion of the program, an individual will be able to:

  1. Develop the vision to carry out qualitative & quantitative research and also able to apply statistical techniques for analyzing & interpreting research data in physical education and sports.
  2. To analyze the changing nature and demand of society for physical education, sports and provide the knowledge about the role of physical education & sports in sustainable development.
  3. Able to design activities for the society development through various programmes of physical literacy. Develop self-reflective & critical thinking skills that promote innovative practice and learning using a variety of perspectives.
  4. The learner may be able to reflect to generate and evaluate the role of an educator within the dynamic learning setting.
  5. To develop in the students an inquiring mind & ability to employ reasoning, rational thinking, critical thinking in the problems & issues relating to the Physical education.

 

BBA Sports Management: – After successful completion of the program, an individual will be able to:

  1. Critical Thinking Skills: Students are able to define, analyse, and devise solutions for structured and unstructured business problems and issues using cohesive and logical reasoning patterns for evaluating information, materials, and data.
  2. Communication Skills: Students are able to conceptualize a complex issue into a coherent written statement and oral presentation.
  3. Technology Skills: Students are competent in the uses of technology in modern organizational operations.
  4. Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Students can demonstrate the fundamentals of creating and managing innovation, new business development, and high-growth potential entities.
  5. Business Knowledge: Students can demonstrate technical competence in domestic and global business through the study of major disciplines within the fields of business.
