This programme provides its graduates with aB.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) involves the science and technology to design and develop systems as well as applications. Emphasis is given to apply mathematics and principles of computing to solve engineering problems. Primary focus of this program is on the development and design of computer software and hardware processes, with a high emphasis placed on algorithms, programming languages, programme design, data storage and communication technologies and other related topics. The inclusion of classes on environmental topics, business fundamentals, and management principles further enriches the learning experience by providing students with the opportunity to create their own business ventures. Yearly revision of curriculum ensures that students get to learn the most contemporary technologies.

 

Programme Outline:

Developing abilities to examine a problem’s computational requirements, identify the most effective way, and locate its essential elements in order to develop a computer-based solution while cultivating teamwork abilities.
Also developing the ability to face future difficulties, the ability to comprehend, analyze, and demonstrate an understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and data sciecne in terms of real-world situations.

Programme USP:
1. Programming Lab for programing in C, C++, JAVA, Python.
2. Database and Web Development Lab for designing websites, web based application, and full stack development.
3. Project Lab for development of minor and major projects.
4. Machine Learning and Data Science Lab for performing experiments related to machine learning/deep learing to solve the real world problems. Machine Learning and Data Science Lab focuses on data visualization, applying machine learning, data mining, and network analysis to real-world problems in society and industry.
5. Computer Networking Lab to get hands on experience on networking devices and mechanisms.
6. Electrical and Electronics Lab to perform experiments on transformers, Logical gates, microcontrollers, and to study various electrical laws.
7. Workshop to get hands on experience on machine shop, fitting, welding, forgery, and smithy.
8. Chemistry Lab to verify the various chemical reactions and phenomena.
9. Physics Lab to verify the various physical phenomena and laws.
