These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the admission, enrolment, academic participation, and use of services provided by Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal (JLU Bhopal). By applying for admission, enrolling in any program, using university facilities, or participating in university activities, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Admission

Admission is subject to eligibility criteria, document verification, and timely fee payment. The University may cancel admission if incorrect information or incomplete documentation is provided.

2. Fees & Refunds

Students must pay fees as per the prescribed schedule. Fees are generally non-refundable except as per the University’s Refund Policy and applicable regulations.

3. Academic Requirements

Students must meet attendance requirements, submit assessments on time, and follow all academic guidelines. Any form of academic misconduct may result in disciplinary action.

4. Code of Conduct

All students must behave responsibly on campus and online, follow University policies, and comply with anti-ragging, safety, and disciplinary regulations.

5. Use of Facilities

University facilities, including hostels, labs, and digital systems, must be used responsibly. Students are liable for any damages caused due to misuse or negligence.

6. IT & Digital Usage

Access to University digital platforms must be used ethically. Misuse, cyberbullying, or unauthorized access is prohibited.

7. Examinations

Students must follow examination rules. Violations may lead to cancellation of exams or penalties.

8. Privacy & Data

The University may collect and use student information for academic and administrative purposes while maintaining confidentiality, except as required by law.

9. Amendments

The University may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through official channels.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
