Writing (both commercial and leisurely) has evolved over the years but its need and importance in Journalism were never more prominent as it is today.

This National Journalism Day – 17th November 2021, JLU Center for Professional Skills and The Faculty of Journalism and Creative Studies organized a ‘Writing for the media’ workshop with Mr.Rahul Noronha, from India Today.

Writing and language are at the center of journalism and information. The workshop, which was open to JLU students upon registration, saw an overwhelming response. The one-hour workshop conducted at the Shri Gurudev Gupta Media Studios was very informative and the students learned a great deal about the art of writing especially from a journalistic approach.
