Faculty of Liberal Arts & Humanities

The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Humanities is the hub where students can explore human experiences through a plethora of wide-ranging subjects. The faculty houses the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Public Policy. Students can pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in English Literature, Public Policy and Psychology.

The school aims to seek interdisciplinary interactions by questioning the conventional approach and going beyond traditional disciplinary options. The School's holistic approach to creating, disseminating and promoting an inclusive culture has successfully redefined educational experiences among the students. With its best learning infrastructure and faculty members, the school emphasizes hands-on training, internships, live projects, field trips and expert lectures by industry leaders.

The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Humanities envisages helping students broaden their horizons by studying different subjects that help them prepare for an increasingly changing professional world. The faculty aims to enable students to be proactive rather than reactive. Also, the goal of the faculty is to motivate students to become more sensitive and empathetic towards their peers and fellow citizens.

The mission of the School of Public Policy is to create leaders who could deal with the impending public policies within the country and internationally so as to create a safer, peaceful and poverty-free world.
