The Creative Leap : the summer school for storytellers is a six-day  program exclusively on campus and offers four exciting courses. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, immersive,  supportive, academic and media environment.

A hands-on practice led and enriching on-campus program for exceptional std IX-XII students. Join our vibrant, diverse community of motivated students and distinguished mentors as you satisfy your intellectual curiosity, make new friends from around India, and explore the many facets of Faculty of Journalism and Creative Studies, Jagran Lakecity University.  Study, socialize, and engage with a community of students and peers.

You can take one course during this summer school, and although courses are non-credit and do not have letter grades, they are hands-on and practice driven.

When you enroll in summer school at Faculty of Journalism and Creative Studies, Jagran Lakecity University,  you’ll have access to a wide range of JLU and Media production studios resources designed specifically to support your career progress. Explore the JLU library  as well as make your own creative assets at world-class media production studios. You can also get help on how to make portfolios.

At the end of the program, you’ll receive a written evaluation from your tutor, as well as a JLU transcript with a grade of AR or NM (“requirements met” or “requirements not met”). This is a great way to supplement your college application or elevate your portfolios. Please note: You need to attend every class in its entirety to receive a passing grade of “Met All Requirements.”
