Wharton Global Faculty Development Program
Wharton Global Faculty Development Program aims to assist in the professional development of young scholars outside the U.S., with a particular focus on learning to publish in the leading academic journals in Management and related areas.
Jagran Lakecity University congratulates Dr. Poornma Mishra and Dr. Priyanka Nema, of Jagran Lakecity Business School, for their selection among the 100 Odd faculty members chosen across the world in this cohort!
On this occasion Dr Mishra and Dr. Nema said

Profiles:
- Poornima Mishra is an academician, data analyst and keen researcher. She began her service at the Management school, Jagran Lakecity University in July 2017 as an Assistant Professor. Since last four years, she has been teaching strategy, entrepreneurship, and research methodology courses at PhD, MBA and undergraduate levels. She is a trained and certified entrepreneurship faculty by National Entrepreneurship Network, Wadhwani Foundation. Additionally, she serves research program lead position where she coordinates various research activities. She earned Fellow Program in Management Degree from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. Her research area includes strategy and entrepreneurship particularly organizational resource-based-view––organizational capabilities & competitive advantage; organizational routines & changes and artificial intelligence; and entrepreneurship research.
- Priyanka Nema earned her Ph.D. in Human resource management in 2015 and currently working as Assistant Professor in Jagran Lakecity University Bhopal. She teaches Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior courses at MBA and undergraduate levels. Additionally, she serves as an area lead position in HR department. Her area of research includes organizational behavior and human resource management.
