On the occasion of International Labour Day, Jagran School of Public Policy and International Affairs, Jagran Lakecity University is organizing a Brainstorming Session with experts. Additionally, the school is also launching the ‘Policy for the welfare of Household Workers in state of Madhya Pradesh’. This policy is drafted and designed by the M.A. second semester students with the able guidance of Mr. Rajat Pandey, Assistant Professor, JSPPIA, under the Policy Lab.

Dr. Deevanshu Shrivastava, Head, Jagran School of Public Policy and International Affairs conceptualized the event along with the faculty members and student of JSPPIA. The theme of the conference is ‘Organizing the Unorganized Sector: The Policy and its implementation”.

What is equally important is that the event will be graced by Shri Kumar Anshuman, Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate, Government of India. He will talk about the problems faced by the unorganized sector workers. Additionally. he will also throw some light on the need of government support to lead a civil and organized life. Hence, these and many such initiatives and ideas will be discussed in the session to build in the problem solving attitude in the student.
