About The Speaker- 

Ms. Sangeeta Ratra, Director HR & Training, Le Meridien New Delhi, brings with her more than 3 decades of enriched experience and expertise in the field of hospitality.

She holds a Hotel Management Diploma and specialization in Front Office from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, Graduation from Delhi University and Executive Development course from Indian Institute of Management,  Ahmedabad and has pursued many courses in varied fields.

She has worked with prestigious brands like Taj, ITDC, Oriflame, Paharpur Business Centre, and has been with Le Meridien New Delhi for the last 21 + years.

She is also a certified Service Culture Next Generation Champion, Brand Trainer, Auditor, Past Life Regression Therapist, Reiki, Crystal & Energy healer, Tarot card reader and a Spiritual counselor.

She has successfully designed and implemented various programs and has played a pivotal role in revitalizing and enhancing associate excellence, customer satisfaction and growth of the organization.

She has been recognized and also awarded “North India Best Employer Brand” award

She is a firm believer in community development and is actively working with many NGO’s like Joining Hands, Cheshire Home etc.
