JLU stood out across all parameters I had in mind while I was looking to finalize a University to pursue B.Com (Hons.). My biggest achievement at JLU came in the form of being bestowed with Chancellor’s and Academic Excellence scholarships for all the three years of my program and ultimately receiving the Gold Medal for securing 1st rank. With the support of the faculty members at JLU, I successfully cleared the CAT examination alongside the college examinations and got admission into the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK). At IIMK I was selected by Asian Paints for the summer internship program and consequently awarded a Pre-placement offer (PPO) by the company. The contribution of JLU in my success is something that cannot be ignored. The learning and exposure provided is at par with the best colleges in the country and is something that has helped me shine out across IIMK and in my brief stint with Asian Paints
