Jagran Lakecity University is a participating University in ERASMUS+ programme funded by the European Commission.
ERASMUS (European Community Action Scheme for Mobility of University Students) programme is a student exchange programme established in 1987 in the name of Desiderius Erasmus (1469-1536) of Rotterdam, one of Europe’s greatest thinkers and influential scholars who defined the Humanistic Movement in Northern Europe.
Jagran Lakecity University is the only University from Central India involved in this project.

Object of the Project: Contribute to modernization of Indian Higher Education through equipping Indian Higher Education Institutions with procedures, tools, human resources and continuous professional development mechanisms necessary for Curriculum Internationalisation and creating institution-wide thriving cultures of Internationalisation-FOR-ALL.

Specific Objectives:

• Create mechanisms, procedures & tools which can engage all Indian RISHII Partner Institutions in Strategic Planning for Modernization through continuous Curriculum Internationalisation
• Promote Curriculum Internationalisation through adoption of competence-based student-centred principles in (a) curriculum and syllabus design, (b) teaching, learning and assessment approaches.
• Equip Indian faculty and non-academic staff involved in internationalisation with skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to achieve Internationalisation-FOR-ALL.
• Create Open Education Resources that will encourage and make it feasible for all Indian Higher Education Institutions to engage in Strategic Planning and Continuous Professional Development activities for Curriculum Internationalisation - Internationalisation-FOR-ALL

Object of the Project: Developing course content/learning outcome of UG/PG Degree at par of European Union Country. Giving height to Indian Higher Education UG/PG degree at par of International Standard. Implementation of EU approach in Indian Higher Education Institutes/Universities. Collaboration and Exchange programme between Indian and EU Institutions/Universities.
