About Dr.  Nema

Dr. Priyanka Nema holds twelve years of working experience and has been associated with JagranLakecity University for the past 6 years. She did her Ph.D. on the topic “A Comparative study of HRM strategies and practices of selected Indian Multinational Corporations” and has done her post-graduation in management. She holds seven years of experience working as an HR professional in the corporate sector. She Worked with MNCs like Samsung C&T, Joong Design in Seoul South Korea and having rich experience in the global market. She had developed an exceptional nature to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse environment.  Dr. Nema has published eleven research papers in various reputed journals. She is passionate about teaching and her area of research interest is – Human resource management and organizational behavior.
