Min Qualification Graduation with minimum 50% in any discipline from an institute affiliated to any university recognised by UGC. Admission will be on the basis of merit, JLUET and Personal Interview.
Class Description
The degree is suited to students who wish to pursue a career in which knowledge of the law and legal system is of major importance. A student passing his LL.B. Examination is deemed to be a graduate in law. It is a 3-year course comprising six semesters.
Learning Objectives
- To expose the students to basic concepts of law and the legal system.
- To develop critical thinking vis-à-vis the role of law and society.
- To provide a holistic on the Indian legal system and the functioning of the investigating agencies, Courts, and the prison and correction homes.
